I thought about giving a three because the wait time was ridiculous. I’m giving a four because the procedure itself went great but instead of having them do the fillings on the cleaning day I rescheduled because they said it would be a wait that day because they were busy. I made the appointment for two weeks out for both me and my grand daughter with expectations that it wouldn’t be a wait. Our appointments were at 10 a.m. I complained at 10:45 a.m. Someone came to talk to me at 11 a.m. and said it would be another 20 minutes. They got me in and I finished up about 12:30 with two fillings only to find out that they had not started on my grand daughter whose appointment was also at 10:00 a.m. They finished her two fillings at 1:15 p.m. I wasn’t expecting to be there over 3 hours for a couple fillings. We saw two different doctors. They explained to me that they had a lot of early appointments and run late for people who have appointments around 10. They should have said that when I made the appointment. More

Treatment plan underway and went well. Visit #1: I have to give high praise to Trameika for the teeth cleaning service. Amanda was the assistant of the day and made me feel at home with words of ease and encouragement. Dr. Gummadi removed my gold crowns, performed root canals on teeth #8 & #9, and prepped my mouth for porcelain/ceramic crowns. RDA Shanee did a great job of providing a calmness to the experience. She helped with the final process of the visit by helping Dr. Gummadi after root canals were finished and during the preparation of my temporary crowns. Visit #2: Entailed the next part of my treatment plan where I had my follow-up visit from previous root canal therapy. After the brief follow-up, RDA Shanee assisted Dr. Pallod on the cavities Fillings process on teeth #13, #15, #17, #31, and #32. Together the two of them got the job done in a timely manner and without complication. Dr. Pallod was very polite and considerate of my wants and needs. Shanee was pleasant as usual and made my visit very refreshing. More

I have been to Mint Dentistry a few times already. Very pleasant experience. The staff is wonderful all around. Their office has good vibes. I went in to get 2 fillings on my front teeth to make them look straighter since I had chips in them. Dr. Simpson did such an amazing job of making sure that the 2 front teeth were not only filled at the bottom but shaped much better to give my teeth a fuller brighter look. They actually look much straighter! He also made a few of my other bottom teeth align with the top filled front ones to make sure they didn't scratch the fillings. Amanda his assistant was very polite and helpful in making sure the experience was good. She made me laugh when I got nervous a few times, I needed that. They offer Netflix or Pandora for your experience while you wait which is really cool and free teeth whitener for PPO insurance, I love that perk!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their money worth. Not just for the wonderful job they do, but also the great service they give. More

I had a wonderful time. Jide was wonderful getting me ready and comfortable to prepare. He made sure I was not nervous or afraid. He said he want to make my experience great. He have accomplished that goal. Dr. Patel explain how my teeth was and my suggestions to better and have healthier teeth. She also made me comfortable to get fillings done. Jamie did a great job of cleaning my teeth and advising me the best toothpaste to use. I have had a great experience that I will bring my kids. They have great people that work at Mint. More

This was my first time at Mint and the experience was great thanks to Lexi and the staff I've definitely found a new dentist.Dr.Tran and Mariela did some fillings they were great kept me comfortable and relax throughout the procedure. More
